Alex Burke

Cofounder, systems and operations

Alex leads business intelligence and automation across a managed property portfolio: the dashboards, reporting and automation that owners and private equity partners rely on to judge performance, property by property. He got there through software, building products at a legal tech startup and running data analysis where accuracy was audited, not assumed.

Everything this site sells, he built himself. Early years running storage operations mean the systems answer questions operators actually ask.

David Fox

Cofounder, finance and growth

David spent years in senior finance and analytics roles at Intel and Solidigm: market intelligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis behind large product and infrastructure decisions. He later led investor relations and underwriting for a Scottsdale holdings company, and today he directs growth for a real estate operating platform.

He holds a finance degree from the University of San Diego, and his rule shapes how we sell: pressure-test the assumptions, and never promise past the numbers.
