Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can install an app and follow along in a text file, you can do this. The pace is set by the slowest person in the room.
What do I need before the session?
An account with Claude or ChatGPT, and a laptop. Paid tiers work best because the free ones cut you off mid-task, but nothing else is required.
Can it send things on my behalf?
It drafts and you approve. Anything that leaves the building, an email, an invoice, a message to a tenant, waits for a person to release it. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are working around.
Where does my business data go?
Into your own accounts and your own files. We do not host your data, and we will tell you plainly which parts of a setup send anything to a third party.
Will this be obsolete when the next model lands?
No. What you build is the memory, the skills and the rules, kept separately from the model that reads them. It sits on top of Claude or ChatGPT, so it picks up whatever they release next rather than needing rebuilding around it.
Is there a recording?
Yes. Every registrant gets the session afterwards.
