What will I actually be able to do afterwards?
Prepare business information and instructions that tells Claude or ChatGPT how you write, what you sell, and how your week runs. It drafts the emails, documents and summaries that repeat, and you approve everything before it goes anywhere.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can install an app and follow written steps, you can do this. Nobody gets left behind: we do not move on until the room is caught up.
What do I need before the session?
A laptop, a paid plan with Claude or ChatGPT, and the desktop app installed rather than just the browser tab. The free plans stop partway through a long task, so a paid one is required. Nothing else is needed.
Can it send things on my behalf?
It drafts and you approve. Anything that leaves the building, an email, an invoice, a quote to a customer, waits for you to send it. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are working around.
Where does my business data go?
Into your own accounts and your own files. We do not host your data, and we will tell you plainly which parts of a setup send anything to a third party.
Will this be out of date when the next ChatGPT or Claude comes out?
Your business knowledge and instructions stay separate from the AI app. Setup updates are applied manually using the release guide, preserving your own business files and work.
